Initially told as was only brake fluid change would be looked at on the morning as I brought car in the previous evening.No updates during the day, I had to call at 3pm, was told 4-4.30pm. I arrived 4.15, kept getting told 10 mins, was ready at 5pm.

Staff were friendly. Car wS picked up and returned on time after service. Briefly explained what they did with the service and MOT.

My needs were met, my car was put right, received complementary extras for the inconvenience I had been caused, and all in the same day! Could fault the experience enough.

We were asked to book in for a QUICK recall, we were not advised it would take a day! I asked them twice to help Tanya setup the app on her phone, my wife was palmed off with a salesman that seemed to just want to get home! Didn't help Tanya at all
